Mail draft reviewing

When you log in to the Stoic AI application, you’ll have the tools to easily review and provide feedback on generated drafts. Follow these steps to get started.

Access the Application

Visit Stoic AI Portal and sign in with your credentials.

Review Pending Feedback

Once signed in, you’ll land on the Pending Reviews screen. This displays a list of messages awaiting your feedback. Each entry includes:

• Message Content: The original message from the customer.
• Generated Draft: The system’s proposed response.

Note

If you see the same message listed multiple times, it means different drafts were generated for comparison. Be sure to review each one individually.

Evaluate and Edit Drafts

1. Open and Review a Message
   Click on a message to open it. Read through the Generated Draft and compare it with the original Message Content. Ensure the response is accurate, clear, and aligned with the tone required.

2. Provide Feedback
   If changes are needed, type your suggestions in the Your Feedback section. Consider commenting on:

   • Improving the tone or language.
   • Ensuring the draft is accurate and complete.
   • Adding points the draft might have missed.

3. Submit Your Feedback
   Click Submit Feedback when you’re satisfied. This will mark the draft as reviewed and move it to the Reviewed section.

Note

Providing detailed feedback is essential for improving the system’s future responses.
